Welcome to Rally Cap Club (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Overview of the App

Rally Cap Club provides baseball-related information and services, including but not limited to:

  • Professional baseball player, team, and game statistics
  • Baseball news, insights, and analysis
  • User chat, discussion forums, and community interaction
  • User-generated content, including text and images
  • AI-generated content related to baseball topics

The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

 

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

 

 

3. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

 

4. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to submit, post, share, or display content, including text, images, and messages (“User Content”).

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is:

  • Offensive, abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Discriminatory or promotes violence or illegal activity
  • Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Otherwise objectionable or inappropriate

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

 

 

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain a safe community, we implement the following safeguards:

  • Content Filtering: Automated and/or manual moderation to detect objectionable content
  • Reporting: Users may report content they believe violates these Terms
  • Blocking: Users may block other users; blocked users’ content is removed instantly from the blocker’s view
  • Developer Notification: Reports and blocks notify us for review

5.1 Moderation Response Time

All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that violates these Terms will be removed, and the responsible user may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned.

6. User Blocking

 

 

Users may block other users at any time. When a user is blocked:

  • The blocked user’s content is immediately hidden
  • The block is treated as a moderation signal
  • We may investigate the blocked content and take further action

 

7. AI-Generated Content

The App may generate content using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
  • AI content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

8. Intellectual Property

All App content, including design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us, except for User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the App.

9. Baseball Data Disclaimer

Statistics, scores, standings, and other baseball-related data may come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time availability.

This App is not affiliated with or endorsed by MLB, MiLB, or any professional baseball league, unless explicitly stated.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for behavior that harms the community.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App’s operation or content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
